Placing an order

 Please ensure you have cookies enabled on your PC, or you may have problems using the basket and checkout facilities.

Orders placed in our Ebay store cannot be combined with orders from the website. Checkout must be completed for each site separately.

Due to postage charges all orders can only be posted to the U.K.

We accept payment via Paypal.

Postage and Packing

 Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours.

If any item is out of stock, we will send an email informing you of an estimated date for the item to be restocked. If there is likely to be a long delay or we cannot obtain stock, we will offer a refund or a replacement.

 Scrapbook orders are despatched in pizza boxes, hence the higher postal charge.

If orders contain a mixture of beading or embellishments and scrapbook items, postage will be charged at the higher rate.

Returns

 We can only accept returns if the item is defective. All returns must be made in the condition in which it was recieved, with all parts included and in the original packaging. Please email us with the details of the problem and we will endeavour to resolve it.
